Dubai Clocktower is a roundabout in Dubai located in Al Rigga. It can be found in the eastern Dubai in Deira, at the intersection of Umm Hurair Road and route to Al Maktoum road. It also provides access to the Al Maktoum bridge.
The Clock tower is Dubai's oldest Monument built over 40 year’s ago.Around 1964; local builder used unwashed beach sand for the concrete which was the common practice in Dubai before. This sand contains salt so it causes the concrete to rust and structure begins to weaken. But, in 1972 it was urgently repaired by Overseas AST and it was restored to its former beauty.

THE WORLD - Dubai, United Arab Emirates
It is a man-made archipelago of 300 man-made islands constructed in the shape of a world map and located 4km off the coast of Dubai, UAE. The World is one of several artificial island developments in Dubai.
The World consist of between 250 to 300 smaller private artificial islands divided into four categories - private homes, estate homes, dream resorts, and community islands. Each island ranges from 250,000 to 900,000 square feet in size, with 50 to 100 meters of water between each island. It covers an area of 9 kilometers in length and 6 kilometers in width, surrounded by an oval shaped breakwater. The only means of transportation between the islands is by marine transport.

PALM JUMEIRAH - Dubai, United Arab Emirates
It is an artificial island created using land reclamation by Nakheel, a company owned by the Dubai government. It is one of three islands called The Palm Islands which extend into the Persian Gulf, increasing Dubai’s shoreline by a total of 520 km. The Palm Jumeirah is the smallest and the original of three Palm Islands (Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali and Palm Deira) under development by Nakheel. It is located on the Jumeirah coastal area of the emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The Palm Jumeirah is in the shape of a palm tree. It consists of a trunk, a crown with 17 fronds, and a surrounding crescent island that forms an 11 km long breakwater. The island is 5 km by 5 km and its total area is larger than 800 football pitches. The crown is connected to the mainland by a 300-metre bridge and the crescent is connected to the top of the palm by a subsea tunnel.

PALM JEBEL ALI - Dubai, United Arab Emirates
The second island in The Palm trilogy, Palm Jebel Ali is located in Waterfront. It consists of two discrete and unconnected islands. The first consist of a "trunk" leading up from the shore, a "spine", and the 16 "fronds" and the second is a crescent surrounding the palm shape formed of 5 segments in a semicircle linked by bridges.

PALM DEIRA - Dubai, United Arab Emirates
It is destined to be the largest man-made island in the world which will be 7.5 times bigger than The Palm Jumeirah and 5 times bigger than the Palm Jebel Ali. It is located between the mouth of Dubai Creek and Port Hamriya. The entire development will have an estimated 166km of waterfront for a population of 1.3 million of people. The Reclamation of the first phase, Deira Island front is now at 80% complete as of April 13, 2008.
It is currently underway and scheduled to open by the end of the year. A public promenade with views overlooking the Dubai skyline and the first of five state of the art marinas are also planned to open at the same time.
