The murder case of the Lebanese pop star Suzanne Tamim had been put to rest as the two defendants found guilty and sentenced to death by the Cairo Criminal Court this morning, Thursday, 21^st of May 2009.

In July 28^th of last year (2008), the stabbed body of the Lebanese singer was found in her luxury apartment at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) in Dubai Marina.

The Egyptian business tycoon Hesham Talaat Mustafa had been accused of initiating the murder through the retired policeman Mohseen Al Sukkari in return for US$ two million (US$ 2M).
